PROGRAMS

In The Game's philosophy is to develop speed, strength, agility and conditioning in the most efficient manner possible. This is best accomplished through systematic and progressive overload of the musculature. In doing this, speed, strength, agility and conditioning will gradually increase through constantly attempting to do more than one is presently capable of. The body will only improve through performing acts which exceed its current capabilities.

The goal of each training session is to recruit and stimulate as much of the body as possible; with stimulation and certain basic fundamentals translating into improvement.
